Deacon Andrei Psarev successfully completed his examinations at Queen’s University Belfast (Northern Ireland) and was thereby qualified to register as a candidate for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. On the evening of the same day, he gave a forty-minute presentation at the School of History and Anthropology at Queen’s University on his doctoral research.
